**Credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at time of booking a room reservation.

Reservations

The Cut-off date for the discounted hotel rate is March 13, 2023. We encourage you to make your reservations in advance as rooms and the rate may not be available.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing, prior to March 1, 2023, and will receive a refund minus a $50 admin fee. After that date, no refunds can be made.
