Steve Wiesner
After enjoying a successful career as a Municipal Manager, Steve decided to act on his entrepreneurial spirit and launched Wiesner Consulting in May of 2001. Wiesner Consulting, specializes in helping governmental organizations and non-profits with personnel, organizational, procedural, and fiscal management issues. Wiesner Consulting also provides facilitation and meeting management services.
Laura Hess
Laura joined Conrad Siegel and its defined benefit team in 1998. She later moved on to the retiree medical sector where she lead that department when OPEB accounting took off in the late 2000s. She is a noted specialist in working with school districts and institutions of higher education, with special consulting expertise in other postemployment benefits (OPEB) plan valuations. Laura played a key role into growing the firm’s OPEB line to where it is today, working with over 300 school districts and municipalities in Pennsylvania.
